Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Steve Martin is BakBone's senior vice president and chief financial officer. Steve has a wide range of senior finance professional experience, including 24 years in both public accounting and private industry. Prior to BakBone, Steve was the acting chief accounting officer at Leap Wireless International and prior to that the chief financial officer at Stratagene Corporation. Steve has extensive experience in public company matters, investor relations and all finance and accounting functions, including debt and equity capital, information systems, intellectual property, risk management and human resources. He is a certified public accountant, spent 10 years with the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and is a graduate of San Diego State University.
