Andrew Martin is vice president for BakBone's Asia Pacific region, where he is responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to this role, Andrew led BakBone's strategic alliances and channel programs for EMEA, creating programs to further enhance the company's position among its OEMs and channel partners. Andrew has over 15 years experience in the technology industry, gained through sales-focused roles at some of the industry's leading storage and IT vendors, including Cheyenne Software (now CA), DEC, BMC Software and Veritas. Before BakBone, Andrew was the managing director and co-founder of Otium Software, Ltd. and was instrumental in forging the relationship that led to BakBone acquiring the IP from Otium for the NetVault: Report Manager product line. At Otium, Andrew was responsible for devising the company's global strategy, from sales to raising investor capital. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sociology with Computing from Loughborough University of Technology.
